Registered Assistant
Our Partner is seeking the following individual for their Santa Monica, Ca. Boutique Financial Services Firm.
Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to the following:
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Handle daily transactions while adhering to compliance and regulatory policies.
· Perform all service transactions for clients.
· Monitor accounts and maintain a clean client database using DBCams
· Answer client questions about their account with accurate information.
· Prepare reports in a timely manner such as detailed client portfolio reviews, and portfolio proposals.
· Perform research and make inquires on client accounts with broker/dealer and wholesaler back offices.
· Field inquiries from clients, document all conversations using contact management software, Junxure-i.
· Perform drafting and typing of client correspondence as required
· Copy documents and file accordingly
· Open and sort correspondence. Ensure outgoing correspondence is sent out daily
Team Participation
Maintain client files; create new files as necessaryAssist in handling all marketing communicationsAssist in planning and coordinating financial services seminars and speaking engagementsOrder literature from broker-dealer and wholesalersParticipate in executing birthday and holiday gifting programParticipate in maintaining marketing database
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Pleasant, professional, and outgoing phone manners while displaying a professional demeanor; emphasis on strong customer “super-service” orientation.
· Ability to accurately and efficiently deal with operational staff of their Broker Dealer and wholesaler service centers
· Administrative abilities, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, DBCams, Junxure-i, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and use of proprietary contact management software.
· Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
· Polished presentation and presence in the office.
