Summary:
Brokerage office seeks professional Sales Assistant to join a team that provides customized financial solutions and brokerage services to ultra high net worth individuals/families/foundations.

Responsibilities:
Support senior colleagues in developing/maintaining internal/external client relationships.
Offer assistance to team members.
Demonstrate strong understanding of broad financial market activity and draw upon it in the context of the platform.
Actively seek client input, anticipating/meeting client needs.
Exhibit strong understanding of client business.
Keep abreast of current industry developments pertaining to the job.
Display good grasp of product offerings, and communicate them in clear/articulate fashion.
Exhibit strong internal presence with management/peers.  
Utilize business-writing style appropriate for a senior audience.  
Positively impact the bottom line from a revenue and/or expense perspective.
Identify problems and present them to manager with solutions in mind.
Ask for assistance in prioritizing; work to resolve conflicting priorities.
Recognize the importance of and participates in corporate initiatives (recruiting/training/mentoring).

Experience:
Knowledge of business/applications/analytical tools of the job (financial modeling/research/structuring/analysis/presentation skills) required.
Presentation skills required.
Series 7 required.
Series 66 preferred (or 65 + 63).
Will need to have obtained 66 or 65+63 within four months of hire.
Sponsorship for additional registrations available with management approval.
