Regulatory Reporting Analyst Summary
Our client, a Fortune 100 company, has an immediate need for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst in a consulting position that will last 3-6 months. The position will be located in New Castle, DE.
Responsibilities include:Internal and external reporting which may include direct dealings with representatives of external regulatory agencies.Accurate and timely preparation of required regulatory filings.Special projects as assigned by management.
Essential Regulatory Reporting Analyst Skills & CharacteristicsKnowledge of Bank Holding Company Act, Regulations K and/or Y and FR Y-10 reporting experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong decision making/problem solving skills B.S. or B.A. in Accounting, Business Management or Finance Database management skills preferred. Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) proficiency
