For more information, please visit www.Fiserv.com Job Summary:Manages the business relationship with key clients, vendors, industry experts, and other Fiserv business unitsProvides feedback to internal departments regarding enhancements, upgrades and overall client feedback Responsible for current client satisfaction by successfully solving problems, negotiating contracts and responding to inquiries and proposal requestsThis position encompasses a variety of job duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following:Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive client account plan that includes opportunity and service strategies for key accountsAppropriate identification of client goals and objectives to ensure the right solutions are identified to address these needs Act as business liaison during new client implementations Conduct client reviews to evaluate project work completed to ascertain the overall value provided by the solutions Maintain and manage strong client relations, including an ongoing understanding of our performance compared to client expectations and action plans for continuously improving performance Provide an expert consultant role for our clients; which include overall demonstration of solution/service expertiseProvide assistance during the early opportunity assessment and sales/proposal process, including assisting in presentations, client meetings and discovery/feasibility assessmentsParticipates in annual strategic planning Leverage resources, communicate effectively and maintain solid relationships with the client via Sales & Marketing, IT Development & Production, Operations, Accounting and Customer SupportSkills and Qualifications:A minimum of five (5) years of professional customer/client service experience in a technical or financial environmentAbility to confidently and comfortably communicate with clients, colleagues and vendorsAbility to understand client needs and set client expectationsStrong organizational, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with an in-depth understanding of the organization and the businessMust be detail focused with excellent project management and time management skillsA self-motivated and high-energy individual that can focus and deliver as promised with basic managerial support, coupled with the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programsEducation Requirements: BS, BA or equivalent experienceFiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.Account Management,Banking,Client Services,Information Technology
