Summary

Manage on-going relationships and serve as a liaison between all or one of the following TransFirst account managers, agent banks, financial institutions and product vendors.  This role includes the management and amendment/renewal negotiation of contracts.  Manage through regularly scheduled calls to review performance and identify opportunities.  Ensure all service, reporting and escalation needs are met, including compliance with the specific terms of the agreement.

·  Identifies business processes and systems and functional requirements for TransFirst products and services.

·  Gathers business requirements, evaluates business processes for efficiency and documents functional requirements.

·  Assists in implementing technology solutions while building strong relationships within the internal customer organization.

·  Other duties as assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

 Education & Experience

·  Minimum three years experience in product conversion and/or product implementation required.

·  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred
