We have an exciting opportunity for a Reports Specialist in our Wichita Falls office.  The Reports Specialist will serve as support to the Lender Administrators in the Lender Support department.

Principal duties and responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls as directed by administrators and department supervisorsUpdate information on lenders as directed by department supervisorAdminister and work various reportsPhotocopy information as requestedProvide support to the lenders as directed by the supervisorOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:One year prior office, clerical support experienceAbility to handle multiple tasks, and follow up until completionAbility to acknowledge and respect confidential informationKnowledge of CPI insurance a plusExcellent telephone, written and verbal communication Customer service focus Ability to read and apply commonsense understanding to simple instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions and memosAbility to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsStrong organization and filing skills; ability to learn quicklyFamiliarity with Microsoft office products with ability to use internal e-mail system; the ability to type at least 45 wpmStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma/GED
