CITY/STATE: Farmington Hills, MIPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: Customer Support/Client CareEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 11.00 - 13.00 USD /hour Representative Services Agent   PURPOSE:  Providing accurate information to Independent Representatives pertaining to policy and procedures and directing  Independent Representatives how to access resources that are essential in supporting their distributorship. I.  Major FunctionsA. Answering incoming calls.1.  Handle an average 80 calls a day2.  Provide accurate, up to date information pertaining to  marketing plan, products, policies and procedures.3.  Directing Representatives how and where to resource information pertaining to their distributorship.B. Maintain database1.  Update Representative comments on each call.2.  Registration for Regional and National ConventionsC.  Troubleshooting and problem solving:1.  Ability to identify and resolve issues pertaining to policy and procedures, compensation plan, and obtaining documents from the Omni fax or Internet.2.  Accurately completing Research projects, Consumer Investigation reports and other various forms.3.  Provide technical assistance for Representatives to access Fax on Demand, Internet and Voice Mail.D.  Adaptability1.  Able to work in a fast paced environment2.  Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.E. All other duties as required  II  Human Relations and Personal SkillsA. Excellent Customer Service skills and professional phone etiquette1.  Strong verbal and written communication skills2.  Ability to effectively handle irate callers3.  Organizational skills4.  Projects a positive attitude and works well with others III Physical CharacteristicsA.   Professional appearance and demeanorB. Ability to sit for long periods of time IV Functional PrerequisitesA. Minimum high school diploma or equivalentB. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)C.  Must type 30 to 35 WPMD.
