Retail Banking Project Manager

PlumRhino Consulting has an exciting, long term consulting opportunity for a Retail Banking Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years project management experience preferably in a banking environment. The selected individual will have primary management responsibility of processes and deliverables on several Retail Banking projects.

 

Responsibilities:

ú Support the implementation of projects and initiatives

ú Manages results through obtaining input from others and facilitates overall project plan, execution, and implementation.

ú Develop documentation, monitor and reports project status, assess the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation

ú Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals, or implementation

ú Develop and direct team members, resources and organizational processes to build teams

ú Assess and manage scope change, communications, issues and risks to meet project objectives.

 

Requirements:

ú Strong knowledge of Retail business functions

ú Comprehensive understanding and application of project management theory

ú Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management and organizational skills

ú Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change

ú Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project plans

ú Proficient PC skills, including MS project

ú 7-10 years proven project management experience
