In addition to offering vehicle wholesale and retail financing to more than 4,000 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers, Chrysler Financial also provides fleet management and lines of credit to dealers.  Currently, nearly three million drivers in the United States enjoy the benefits of leasing or financing with Chrysler Financial.  Chrysler Financial has an employee base of 4,000 and supports a global portfolio of $75 billion.  For more information visit corp.chryslerfinancial.com. RCA Objective: The Retail Credit Analyst (RCA) balances building positive dealer relations with increasing market penetration for Chrysler Financial Services Americas LLC.  Supports credit lending decisions by analyzing customer's financial condition and ability to pay, and communicating back to appropriate dealer personnel.  Relocation preferred for career progression.  Professional and/or supervisory experience strongly preferred (Minimum of five years retail credit experience).  Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is required.  No relocation is available for this position.Major Duties:·  Analyze, investigate, and approve/decline retail and lease credit applications.  When necessary, negotiate conditional approvals with dealers.·  Builds positive dealer relations to increase market penetration while providing professional, courteous, consultative, and timely customer service.  ·  Implement "buying strategies" for dealer body, while maintaining proper business mix portfolio.·  Process and correct contract issues, funding issues and reserve corrections.  Act as a liaison between the dealer and the funding department.·  Work 1st payment defaults, in conjunction with call centers.·  Tabulate and report month-end statistics.·  Provides information by answering questions and requests.·  Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.·  Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.·  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.·  Possible career path into the Sales Organization based on performance and opportunities available.Apply Now
