We are looking for: Retirement Planning Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried (not commission-based)

Position Overview:

The Retirement Planning Representative provides retirement planning and investment assistance to 403b retirement plan enrollees and existing participants.  In addition to the enrollment support, the Retirement Planning Representatives assist with comprehensive retirement planning, investment consolidation, and portfolio diversification. Because of our unique service model, the Retirement Planning Representatives spend 85% of their time doing actual advising to the plan participants worldwide.  Prospecting activities are minimal.

Structure of Organization:

The Retirement Planning Representatives report directly to the Financial Sales Manager.

Requirements:
A Statement of Faith documenting a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must ALREADY possess active Series 6, 65  and life insurance licenses 2 years of financial experience required Must have a passion to serve this unique community of clients


The best people doing this job are strong Christians, team-players, self-starters, Retirement Planning Representative professionals that possess strong sales skills and the ability to be an effective member of a financial sales team in a growing ministry.
