The Sales and Service Specialist responds to client and intermediary inquiries, coordinates and schedules appointments and seminars, coordinates marketing material, records/reports client and intermediary data and performs other administrative office duties.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Industry experience preferred. State licensing required according to policy guidelines.  FINRA Series 7 and 66 may be required after one year, according to policy guidelines. The ideal candidate must have good organizational, planning, and written / oral communication skills. Basic math and computer skills are required. You must be self-directed, able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good analytical and problem solving skills are required. You must have good decision-making skills and work under minimal supervision.
