SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (stationed in New York)

 Sales & Support Representative stationed in NYC

 

· Objective: To support sales professional(s) in executing all stages of the product-specific sales cycle: from the initial phone contact to place trials through to the final closing. 

 

This position reports to the Business Development Manager.

 Core Responsibilities:

· Cold calling

· Renewing clients

· Qualifying (calling/corresponding with trials).

· Prospecting (researching organizations, preparing and executing Business Development Manager marketing efforts, cold calling and placing trials).

· Servicing (Adhoc service requests from Business Development Manager or Clients)

· Working together with Business Development Associate to achieve well-defined prospecting and sales targets as directed by the Business Development Manager.

 Preferred and Vital Skills:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or inside sales

· Highly motivated self-starter

· Energetic, flexible and hard-working 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A strong commitment to teamwork

· Knowledge and preferably experience in the investment or financial services industry

· Excellent spoken and written English

· Undergraduate degree, preferably in commerce, finance or economics.
