SENIOR FOUNDATION SERVICES OFFICER

The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation’s leading financial counseling firms. We provide comprehensive personal financial advisory and Investment Management services to senior-level executives of Fortune 500 companies. Due to exceptional growth and expansion, we are looking for a qualified individual to fill the following position within the group that administers Donor Advised Accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 Liaise between the Donor Advised Funds and all respective clients, management, departments/companies servicing these accounts;Work with Management on high level special client situations and liaise with auditors as appropriate;Prepare grant recommendations from donors, including data collection, information verification, preparation of forms and performing due diligence on charitable entities;Coordinate corporate matching gift programs and disseminate information to donors and account representatives;Conduct marketing activities relating to individuals or corporations including telephone inquiries and mass mailings;Oversee data with respect to account opening including substantiation and investment direction;Review data used for purposes of preparing and distributing quarterly statements and other financial reports to management.

 

Qualifications:

 4-year college degree and minimum 3-5 years relevant business experience;Strong interpersonal & client relationship skills; managerial experience a plus;Detail oriented with emphasis on quality and accuracy.
