A National Short Term Lender seeks ambitious, self-starters who are career-minded for the following position in the Indianapolis, IN area:

STORE MANAGER
The Store Manager position will be responsible for several Customer Service Representatives and report to the District Manager. Candidate must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customers while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills a must! Previous experience in payday loans, rent-to-own, pawn-shop, banking, retail, fast-food, grocery or consumer finance preferred. Must possess strong leadership skills!



Requirements
• Work involves extensive cash handling, which requires ability to perform simple math functions.
• Work involves contact with the public, necessitating the ability to present a professional image.
• Must have the ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public and demonstrate the initiative to initiate dialog.
• Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well, and in a positive manner, w/ co-workers and management.
• Dependable and flexible
• Self-motivated with great people, leadership and negotiating skills
• Able to hit-the-ground-running
