SYSTEM ANALYST IV (Solutions Architect)

The Systems Analyst IV is responsible for the development of architecture solutions for projects assigned to TG’s Enterprise Project Management Office.  The analyst will be responsible for developing architecture solutions consistent with the application of TG’s adopted systems development life cycle methodology.  This position requires systems analysis, software development, technology research, enterprise architecture solutions development and deployment, and business communication skills. 

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Services.  Experience beyond the minimum work experience requirement can be substituted for college hours on a year for year basis. 

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

Eight years experience in information systems with increasing levels of responsibility. Must have four years of enterprise architecture development and deployment, system analysis, design, and programming experience with enterprise portal, ESB, SOA, and DSB architectures. Must also have six years of system analysis, design, and programming experience in systems similar to those currently utilized by TG. (Skill Sets:  Java/J2EE, HTML, XML, LDAP, Web Logic, DB2 UDB, SQL, Top Link).  Experience in an IBM mainframe environment is preferred.  Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
