Sales Account Relationship Manager

Position Overview

Merchant Warehouse, an industry leading credit card processing company, seeks an account sales executive to join a fast growing inside channel sales team (100% growth last year). The sales professional will promote sales of Merchant Warehouse products through Value Added Resellers (VARs). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Credit Card Processing Technology Partnership. You will handle leads you source on your own as well as leads created by a successful marketing campaign. Responsibilities include revenue growth, developing enterprise lines of business for Merchant Warehouse, communicating pricing, discounting, and Merchant Warehouse, Inc. capabilities. You will carry a quota focused on generating growth each quarter/month in both new relationships and existing, as well as product and services lines of business.

Responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to)Identify, recruit, and develop prospective high-value VARs Cold calling on potential customers (average of between 80 to 100 calls per day), providing product information and providing technical sales solutions Contacting Point of Sale Software Developers and Resellers to integrate with our own state of the art payment software for credit card processing Acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle Foster and develop win/win relationships between us and channel partners Relationship Management helping maintain existing VARs accounts Manage all aspects of our Technology Partnership, from testing the integration of our softwware, piloting customers, and generating merchant referral leads Working closely and coordinating sales efforts with inside sales team throughout the entire sales cycle (works with inside sales members to drive all lines of business, removing technical barriers, architecting business solutions, and closing the sale) Provide coordination, direction, and mentoring to inside sales representatives to achieve key goals of the channel partners Takes a lead role on the sale to ensure that the Merchant Warehouse solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer goals, and provide an outstanding customer experience. Assist senior management with the positioning and sales of our products through online and onsite presentations and demonstrations as well as provide customer and competitor feedback to management Determine and represent the needs of emerging technology VARs to management, particularly those related to product development and partner services development

RequirementsBachelor's degree required Minimum of 3-5 years of proven cold calling experience; channel sales experience working with VAR's/resellers a huge plus Experience and specific knowledge around industry products (Point of Sales technical hardware or software applications) highly preferred Business-oriented with a passion for sales Strong selling skills, requires proven selling ability in previous job level Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to take a team-first approach towards work Strong organizational and time-management skills Fast learner and ambitious; highly motivated Some Travel required Relocation not provided. Must live in greater Boston, MA area

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary (Base commissions), first year earnings average $100,000 plus recurring revenue earned from all signed partners. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes: health and dental plans, life and disability insurance, plus paid vacation and a matching 401(k) plan.
