Servicing over 6,500 plans with $3 billion in assets under administration and supporting over 450,000 participants, PAi provides its services to over 2,500 financial advisors and financial institutions nationwide. PAi has been successfully servicing the small business industry for over 22 years by making strategic and effective investments in people, technology and processes.
Summary:
This position exists on the service team for the purpose of contributing to PAi’s goals of creating a positive customer experience and a perception of value with every customer contact opportunity. The Sales Client Services Representative will pro actively and reactively provide excellent production, email, and telephone services for Financial Advisors, Agents and Partners Sales Desk by fielding inbound calls and responding to questions and issues relating to new sales. The Sales Client Services Representative provides assistance with product information, plan design and technical support.
Job Duties:
Answer inbound sales calls from our Partner’s Distribution channels and provide the appropriate information on sales strategy, product, pricing and value proposition. Provide plan design and technical support for Financial Advisors and Agents. Responsible for providing sales support for our Partner’s Distribution channels. Generate proposals for our various Partner products. Produce Age-Weighted and New Comparability illustrations.Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.Contribute to the achievement of team goals through personal efforts and by supporting the efforts of other team members. Applies extensive and continuously growing product and process knowledge to anticipated and actual customer service needs.Continuously demonstrates service accuracy and professionalism.Meets project target dates and service time lines.Approaches every customer contact, either by mail, email, or by phone as a personal opportunity to: Demonstrate the value PAi brings to the relationship.Provide service to the customer that exceeds their (customer’s) expectations.Aggressively pursues every opportunity to eliminate team service gaps or weaknesses through personal development. Communicates effectively with partners, clients, external customers, and internal customers in the resolution of identified issues or problems.Shares team leadership responsibilities by continuously analyzing policies, procedures, and processes and recommending identified improvements.Builds team trust and respect through mutual accountability.Actively and effectively participates in the acclimation, orientation, and training of new team members to advance existing team performance.Subscribes to continuous applied learning to meet team and customer needs.Facilitates the cross selling of our expanding product offerings.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.Presentation skills. Knowledge of retirement plan, payroll or HSAs a plus.Quick learner with excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines. Able to make dependable judgments concerning issues which, if mismanaged, have the potential to create substantial financial and client relations liabilities for the company.
