TRAINING:

 

Our exclusive training program includes the following:

- Foundation Study in Essential Mortgage Banking - 36 weeks of extensive sales training on our proprietary sales model delivered by senior sales management and senior executives - 12 weeks of sales mentor training - 6 weeks of sales manager development training.

 

Loan Officers are high energy multi-tasking individuals responsible for:

-Assessing consumer’s qualifications and suitability for financing

-Promoting our product offers to well qualified applicants

-Assisting clients throughout the loan process

 

Sales Managers are high energy, multi-tasking individuals responsible for:

-Leading Sales teams

-Developing future leaders
