Sales Manager/Marketing Director

Job Description: Develop and implement strategies for signing new mortgage programs and cross-sell products to corporate accounts as well as expanding profitable utilization with existing corporate clients.Specifically, the Sales Manager position will support the Corporate Institutional Group with the marketing of mortgage based programs to Corporations and their employees. This position will also be responsible for managing new and existing clients. Other key responsibilities to include but not be limited to: -Develop and implement strategies to sign new mortgage programs and bundled financial offerings to Fortune 100 companies. (This position will have a minimum new business sales component each year). -Create and execute account management plans for each client. -Develop strong client relationships by meeting the unique needs of each strategic partner and expand programs where ever possible. -Create and deliver prospect and client presentations -Addressing and resolving individual loan transaction issues -Drive high customer service levels through close coordination with our Telesales and Fulfillment partners. -Analyze industry and competitive landscape trends and develop strategies to utilize trend information with client to deepen and grow relationships-Assist with developing a vision for marketing programs and work closely with marketing support coordination involving Ad Services and Marketing Services to create and maintain marketing materials -Prospecting research -Collaborate closely with Telesales and Fulfillment management when assisting in the development of the program vision and client implementation -Create reports as necessary -Gain client approval for distributions to promote Wells Fargo services-Work with internal partners to track metrics for success-Interface with key client decision makers and link program value propositions to corporate clients needs and challenges-Hire and staff a team of direct reports who will deliver offerings to clients and their employeesWorking out of locations other than Minneapolis, MN is an option. Therefore, other locations will be taken into consideration.
