In response to these evolving needs American Funds Distributors (AFD) has created a new team the Individual Investor Product Team to focus on retirement related issues as well as existing business areas such as Individual Retirement Accounts and our 529 college savings program, CollegeAmerica.The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to several managers on this new team. Responsibilities include phone coverage, scheduling meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, producing and reconciling expense reports, preparing correspondence and presentation materials, and providing project related support as needed.
