Sales Portfolio Administrator

Collect America is a growing asset management company located in the Denver Tech Center.  We have proven ourselves to be a leader in the financial market by attracting and retaining motivated, hardworking and creative team players.  Due to our growth and leadership, we are currently seeking an additional Sales Portfolio Administrator to support our Sales Team.

 

Duties and responsibilities of this position will include:

Manage Client Documentation FulfillmentManage Client Warranty FulfillmentFulfill Bank Repurchase RequestsRespond to client inquiriesOther tasks as assigned

 

Skills/Experience we are looking for:

 Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required (must be comfortable working with formulas)Basic experience required for all other Microsoft Office programs  Experience with Outlook or a similar email platformMust type a minimum of 35-45 WPMHighly organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast paced environmentPrevious customer service, sales support or client relations experience1-2 years of office experience preferredAccounts receivable, banking or collections experience a plus
