Sales Support Administrator

Sales Support Admin.

 

Individual will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

· Serve as a key stakeholder in managing and monitoring sales rep activity through the maintenance of a sales force automation tool; example salesforce.com – ensuring data capture is being used effectively by the team and that trends/opportunities are realized and incorporated into the sales process 

· Assist with the development of broker and direct leads: specifically qualify marketing-driven leads and play role as inside sales for small to mid-sized national broker relationships on an ongoing basis:

o Inside sales

o cold calling

o sales lead follow up

o lead qualification

· Broker and sales rep training – creating ongoing webinars for brokers and sales team with the goal of educating and motivating brokers and the sales reps on an ongoing basis. Specific programs may include:

o Daily - weekly broker webinar training on Purchasing Power program

o Quarterly product assessments for the sales team

o Weekly focused training on specific elements of PPC product

· Handle pre and post sale pre-implementation sales support

o Serve as the go-to person for outside sales team for marketing materials, contracts, facilitating the sales process whether with the broker or direct client

o Update all sales broker/employer marketing materials and presentation on an ongoing basis

· Manage contract/application process: serve as the primary liaison between the outside sales team and internal constituents including account management and implementation

· Support sales event sponsorship efforts with direct attendance, logistics support and coordination with the broker/employer marketing manager

 

Qualifications:At least 3 years sales and/or sales administrative experienceSolid presentation, communication and negotiating skills High level of enthusiasm and professionalism Fluent in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power PointFamiliar with Web based training toolsBachelor’s degree required
