Recommends credit card products and services that meet customers needs. Maintains records of problems and inquiries handled. Makes limited adjustments to cardholder accounts, after conferring with Senior Cardmember Services Representative or Unit Manager. Participates in training program to learn the function of handling telephone calls from cardmembers. Ensures adherence to Federal Fair Credit Billing Act. All activities pertinent to the function, commensurate with company standards in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Qualified applicants will be able to choose their own schedule out of a list of available schedules. Candidates must be available to work at least 3 different days during the week, shifts ranging between 2-8hrs per day. Additionally, one will be required to work a minimum of a 6-hour shift every weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).SKILLSRequired: Qualified candidates will possess typing skills of 20 wpm, and good communication skills.
