Securities Operations Administrator

Comprehensive Wealth Management firm offers exciting opportunity for experienced Securities Operations Professional.  This position encompasses the set-up and maintenance of client accounts; compilation of client, custodian, and firm paperwork; review and maintenance of client transactions and activity, and execution of client and firm tasks such as asset transfers, preparation of reports, and general support of planners and delivery of client service. Ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years experience in similar position.

Desired Qualifications:  Excellent client communication skills (written and verbal), high client-service orientation, ability to remain organized and handle multiple tasks in an active environment, sharp analytical and technical skills, with a high attention to detail.  Ability to quickly learn contact management and investment reporting/performance software programs. Knowledgeable and proficient in current office software, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
