We provide investors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis. The Security Risk Management Consultant acts as Security's single point of contact for all assigned enterprise projects. The Consultant participates on enterprise cross functional teams, both business and technical, and represents all Security departments on those teams including Engineering, DR, Policy, Operations and Physical Security. The Consultant works with the Security teams to identify Security requirements, track Security specific issues/concerns, communicate identified vulnerabilities being introduced into the environment, and identify exceptions to policy. Additionally, the Consultant may be asked to manage internal Security projects that require little assistance from other groups. This includes writing requirements, managing the procurement process, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Some program management experience is desired, as the possibility exists for management of programs related to security projects. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks that involve different team members. Job Experience: Minimum of a college degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years project management experience. Knowledge of general Security Principles. Strong requirements writing skills. Ability to conduct ROI analysis for potential and existing products. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for interactions across organization. Ability to mentor and lead teams. Must be resourceful, results driven and adaptable. Solid problem solving and analytical skills. Familiar with brokerage industry.
