As a senior accountant analyst in GIO, you will analyze and assess the impact of these transactions and ensure that they are appropriately reflected in our clients portfolios. You will develop an understanding of local market practices and work with banks, brokers and other market participants to ensure transactions are appropriately completed in the marketplace. You will also direct the day to day operations of a team and review the work of other motivated associates. You and your manager will partner to train and foster the professional development of your team members. As a senior accountant analyst, you will play an integral and visible role to identify issues and recommend solutions to complex accounting and operational issues. Youll work with others across our global organization to improve our processes, develop creative solutions to support new business developments, and deliver excellent client service. You will evaluate business and operational risks and play a key role in designing an internal control structure to maintain our high standards of quality and excellence for years to come.QualificationsWhat are we looking for? Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated experience to review the work of others and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment Ability to lead and manage projects At least 4 years experience in finance, accounting or a related field A Bachelors degree is required.
