Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: AnalyticsMin Pay Rate: $0Max Pay Rate: $0Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: Work as an integral member of the Personal Loans team; work with management to develop daily/weekly/monthly standard marketing analytics reporting and support the execution of reports. Reports to include:• High-level campaign performance (response/approval/conversion/CPA)• Test performance vs. Control• Performance by Segment/Risk ScoresPerform ad-hoc analysis using data from: cardmember database, credit bureau reports, loan applications, loan decisions, portfolio performance, etc., to report on various business metrics including:• Target market segmentation (by risk scores, demographics, geographics, psychographics)• Segmentation/profile analysis (identify opportunities for enhanced segmentation by conversion and profitability)• Competitive analysis (key competitors, volumes, value proposition, features, targeting, pricing)The ideal candidate would also have the ability to take insights from the aforementioned analyses and identify ways and means and recommend strategies to:• Enhance campaign performance (improve response rates)• Improve profitability/ROA through enhanced targeting/segmentation• Identify new niche markets and propose testing strategies for these markets• Enhance pricing strategy through testingThis position also requires the ability to clearly present analyses, ideas, and recommendations to the team.SKILLSRequired: • Ability to work on own initiative with a sharp business sense• Advanced skills in SAS, SQL, Excel (VBA/Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint• Creative thinking and problem solving capabilities• Knowledge of the U.S. consumer lending industry and products• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills• Team player with a positive attitudeDesired: Click here to apply:
