Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: Technology/E-CommerceMin Pay Rate: $0Max Pay Rate: $0Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical and analytical support as a member of the Business Technology (Corporate IT) Business Analytic Support team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Gathering, defining, and researching CIMS project requirements through interaction with a variety of customers and business partners. • Participate and contribute to the development of detailed project plans and timelines that clearly define each stage of the project lifecycle. • Presentation of proposed project plans and schedules with complete cost benefit analysis for management review and approval. • Design, POC development and implementation of all CIMS application modules assigned. • Work with various BT teams to ensure smooth implementation of the project. Conduct system testing and post-implementation testing. • Tracking and documentation of approved projects from inception through post implementation analysis while maintaining a timely delivery with a goal of zero defects• Ability to multi-task and work on two or more large-scale project concurrently. • Creation of weekly status reports that effectively communicate current goals and recent accomplishments. • Training and mentoring of more junior staffThe qualified candidate is a proven leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a highly driven and results oriented attitude. This technical individual must work well under pressure and easily adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. SKILLSRequired: REQUIREMENTS: • A Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science). • 5 years, minimum, work experience managing large-scale IT projects • Excellent Business and Systems analysis skills • Development skills in Ab Initio, SAS, Relational Databases (e.g. SQL, Teradata, DB2, Oracle), COBOL, JCL, Kornshell Scripting, as well as strong knowledge of Unix, PC, and Mainframe batch and interactive processing. • All-embracing problem solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task. • Excellent Presentation skills. • Experience in BI Tools (e.g. Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.) is preferred.
