Senior Compensation Advisor

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Advisor to work with our Invesco Aim team.  This individual will be based in either Houston or Atlanta and will support line management in all compensation issues.

This is a senior compensation internal consulting role, helping us align our Invesco Aim business unit with the global compensation mission.  This role requires the ability to gain instant credibility with line management at all levels.  This is a strong individual contributor role within a collaborative global team environment.  This position will contribute to the design of commendation programs globally, ensure analyses utilize best practices, and implement compensation programs to meet the needs of the business unit.

 

Requirements include:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience3-5 years HR/Compensation experienceStrong analytical skills; ability to work with large amounts of dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsMust be able to work independently and in a teamDemonstrated project management skillsWorking knowledge of FLSAComputer skills:  Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and PeopleSoft.  Familiarity with Nuvosoft products a plusCCP preferred
