Overview:
The candidate will have a solid understanding of how the organization can implement technology to meet a client’s needs. He/She will interpret and define complex business problems into technical solutions, maintain a solid understanding of implementation methodology, and contribute to moderate-sized high quality projects. The candidate plans and manages small-sized projects and client relationships to achieve milestones, reporting standards, and budgetary requirements. Other responsibilities include communicating risks, issues, and status of resolution to management, mentoring more junior level resources, seeking and identifying business opportunities within existing and new accounts. The candidate will also participate in sales process for potential clients, prioritize multiple responsibilities and manages tight deadlines, and recognizes barriers and resolves issues with minimal assistance.
Requirements:Excellent oral and written communication skills. Investment Management Industry ExpertiseGood mix of business and technology, specifically implementation experienceGood client liaison skills. Proficient in project management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects. Proven track records of business analysis expertise, client relationship management, project leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Travel 25- 50%
