Job CategoryIT/Software Development Job Location US-CA-Irvine StatusFull Time Position description We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Data Analyst to perform data analysis and design as part of the CRMC Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence efforts. Other responsibilities include: Work with business and technical resources to model data for an enterprise level data warehouse including operational data stores (ODS) Spearhead the resolution of complex data problems related to data warehouse (DW) and business intelligence (BI) implementations Work with the team to implement data quality and data transformation processes including monitoring and reporting capabilities as appropriate Develop close relationships with business and application teams to promote appropriate data warehouse understanding and usage Provide data modeling expertise to the DW/BI team and business usersQualifications 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst with experience in data warehouse data analysis, and data modeling conceptual, logical, and physical data design Strong analytical skills (business and data) and strong problem solving skills Strong working knowledge of data warehousing methodologies, architectures, and development best practices Strong working knowledge of ETL (Informatica PowerCenter) design and implementation using standard industry tools and best practices Strong working knowledge of meta-data management and data quality/governance processes Strong SQL & PL/SQL development skills in Oracle platform Must be able to function independently or as a part of a large, integrated cross-functional team Must have excellent communications skills interacting with technical and non-technical audiences Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and data access tools (i.e. Business Objects) is a plus Domain knowledge in Financial Services is a plusWe offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes: Medical, dental and vision coverage effective day one Three weeks vacation in year one 15% of annual salary plus bonuses contributed by the company to your retirement plan, up to IRS limits Generous educational assistance Health club subsidy Paid, comprehensive training programs Team-oriented working environment Business casual dressWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
