We have an extraordinary talent base, and we invite you to consider ICMA-RC ' an opportunity to Reach Your Peak.Primary Objective and Purpose:The Senior Education Manager will lead in the development, management and measurement of strategic education curriculums for select ICMA-RC Clients (Plan Sponsors). Working directly with valued ICMA-RC Plan Sponsors, this position will be responsible for leveraging the current Education programs and tactics in place, as well as creating new tactics that connect and inspire public sector employees to save for retirement.Essential Functions: ' Recommendations for ICMA-RC Plan Sponsor Clients of various employee education and communication channels (i.e. online, publications, in person) during the development of Client Education Curriculums. ' Development of Financial Education curriculums to include identifying objectives, audiences and tactics for employees. ' Oversight of the proposed Client Financial Education curriculums as they are implemented and measured.' Work with Education & Communication to launch the creation of materials. Consult other internal departments as needed for input during this development phase.' Review materials and manage client review and approval process.' Work with research team on measurement prior to launch and ongoing.' Management of valued ICMA-RC clients during the development, creation and ongoing fulfillment of the recommended Education Program.' Representing and guiding various Education Curriculum/Plans internally to field representatives so they promote and use the curriculum once it is in place.' Presentations to Plan Sponsor clients, and as appropriate, sales presentations to potential Plan Sponsors. If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:' B.S. Degree or equivalent related experience.' 5 to 7 years of solid understand of marketing and communiation channels (Printing/Mailing, Online and In-Person Individual and Group Sessions).' Financial Services Experience' NASD Series 6 and 63 preferred. ' Understanding of creative design and copywriting.'
