Senior Financial Consultant



We are currently seeking a senior level Financial Consultant to join our Strategic and Business Transformation Practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial leadership that can help with global consolidation and implementation of optimized financial processes and organizational structures within client finance organizations. 

Candidate should have experience working as/or with executive management (CFO, Vice President, Director level leadership).  Strong decision making, communication and leadership skills are crucial as this role will be directly supporting the global consolidation of finance and accounting functions for multinational organizations dealing with service accounting and multicurrency issues.  The strongest candidates will have experience building or restructuring finance organizations in the professional services industry with global exposure.  This is a consulting role and provides the ability to influence at the highest level of our client organizations.


Requirements:

· Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business

· Previous experience on an executive level

· Experience within a consultative firm

· Experience defining policies and practices

· Background in Information Technology a plus

· Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) a plus.

· Ability to travel; with initial engagement in Cincinnati, Ohio
