Battenkill Asset Management, a quantitative equity market neutral hedge fund, located in New York City is looking to hire a junior and senior quantitative analyst. The primary responsibilities will be to assist the PM in factor discovery and enhancement, portfolio construction, trading and reconciliation.

The senior quantitative analyst should have experience managing stock, option and/or bond selection models. The roll will entail both front and back office responsibilities.

The junior quantitative analyst will have advanced Excel (VBA and Macro) skills and previous experience as a portfolio administrator.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Statistics, Math, Financial Engineering or Computer Science. A Masters or progress towards a CFA is a plus. The analyst(s) should have FactSet or Clarifi experience.
