Senior Marketing Associate

Successful San Francisco based investment advisory firm founded in 1986 is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing activities.  Position is perfect for an independent individual seeking a small company environment that gives direct exposure to all facets of the business.  You will be working with our clients, third party sales professionals, and other departments within the firm. 

 

Our ideal candidate will be able to multitask and meet assigned deadlines.  Candidate must be responsive to managing partner’s requests.  Position is best suited for an independent person who can manage time wisely and keep the marketing department well organized.

 

Firm is conveniently located in the SF downtown financial district close to BART.

 

Duties

Support Business Development

Client Services

Update and maintain consultant and client databases

Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly performance reports

Complete RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires

Prepare sales presentation materials, newsletters, and client review materials

Respond to consultant information requests

Maintain product brochures

 

Requirements

College degree BA/BS

3 years of work experience in an investment advisory firm

Exceptional analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Mon – Fri 8am start time

 

Computer Skills:

Windows XP

Office 2007 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
