Location: Riverwoods, IL UNITED STATESFunctional Area: MarketingMin Pay Rate: $Max Pay Rate: $Pay Type: YearResource Type: Full TimeJob Description: As a Senior Associate on the Contact Management team, you will be part of Marketing’s internal CRM team responsible for formulating key cross-sell and servicing strategies across multiple customer channels to achieve business goals and deliver a brand-right customer experience. Specifically, responsibilities include enhancements to the current CRM tool used by the Contact Management team to effectively communicate with all Cardmembers.This fast-paced team is seeking a driven, results focused individual that is innovative, open and seeks an ownership position in a growing business.Other Responsibilities include:Support the addition and integration of profitable new channels into Customer Contact Strategy (CCS) as part of the broad expansion of CCS.Assist with the redesign of the internal CRM tool in order to achieve expansion into new channels.Coordinate and implement projects that focus on increasing profit while positively impacting the customer experience.Provide business partners with actionable strategy recommendations across multiple products/channels.Prepare and interpret analyses to assist business partners with product planning and forecasting throughout the year.SKILLSRequired: Minimum 2+ years of relevant business experience, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, programs and communications across multiple channels including direct mail, telemarketing and the InternetCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is desirableStrong financial, analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once, with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners including but not limited to Marketing, Business Technology, Customer Service & Banking, Marketing Services, Risk and FinanceAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordDesired: Click here to apply:
