The position of Senior Online Stockbroker is an exciting and multifaceted role, encompassing leadership, supervisory, and training responsibilities, and offers many opportunities for dedicated individuals.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Supervise and evaluate a team of brokers, customer service associates, and office assistants to ensure the highest level of customer service and efficient operation is achieved.Ensure departmental policies and procedures are adhered too.Responsible for training, coaching and development of associates.Responsible for completing annual performance reviews for associates.Prepare reports on client leads, account acquisition, account funding, account closure, and account transfer stats, and customer complaints. Oversee all aspects of customer account maintenance and customer communication.Execute trades for customers accurately and professionally.Review and reconcile trades and trade disputes.Record and review customer services calls to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Compliance and IT departments to resolve customer inquires.Responsible for reviewing new account applications, maximizing new account conversion and acquisition, and minimizing account closure.Responsible for keeping abreast of reorganization items and notifying customers of exercises, miscellaneous debits, and margin delinquencies. Ensure smooth processing of customer ACH, wire, and check deposits and withdrawals.

 

Requirements:Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.Online brokerage industry experience preferred.Current Series 7, 24, 63 licenses.Clean U4 securities record.5 years plus online brokerage experience required.Prior supervisory experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, research and problem solving skills.Excellent computer skills.Benefits
