Job Description:


Using discretion and judgment, coordinates the workflow within the Risk Management, Quality, & Monitoring Department. Reviews reports to ensure compliance with MFSC policies and/or regulatory requirements. Assists management with trend analysis, reporting, monitoring, and improvement recommendations for attaining departmental goals. Special emphasis is placed on developing and implementing changes to workflow based on new system enhancements or changes to MFSC policy. Reviews and analyzes reports for accuracy and compliance with MFSC Policies and Procedures.Prepares weekly and monthly reports to satisfy departmental objectives.Interacts with own department as well as others to facilitate resolution of questions and concerns.Provides feedback to Manager regarding current and potential issues affecting department.Provides feedback to other internal departments as needed, as well as problem resolution.Makes recommendations for improving procedures or workflow and documents departmental procedures.Communicates with internal and external clients by notifying and clarifying instructions or resolving processing problems.Participates in special projects related to department goals as requested.Assists in cross-training initiatives to assist overall department objectives.Coordinates requests from internal and external auditors.Works with Information Technology group to coordinate the implementation of system enhancements affecting the workflow.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent training.Minimum 4 years related mutual fund experience.Expertise in the following software applications may be required: Access, Excel, and Power Select.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to achieve results both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
