We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to work at our site in Spring House, Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County. As Senior Project Manager you will:

Manage the execution of large and complex business projects to meet corporate strategic goals. according to standard project management principals, focusing on time, cost, quality, and risk factors. Project types include business process efficiency, new products/revenue generating, tests, compliance, and marketing campaigns. Key internal customers include operations, marketing, and web strategy.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and lead cross-functional efforts according to company standards, modeling standard waterfall SDM processes. Communicate project status weekly to team and organization, highlighting risk and mitigation strategies. Prepare/Author key project documentation including business and functional requirements, project plans, test plans, implementation plans. Secure required approvals. Nominate project solutions, foster productive teams, promote quick business decision-making to maintain project progress.Manage change throughout project, including assessing change impacts.Maintain a consistent approach to project execution, continually educating team members on standards.Add to the overall improvement of project execution by evaluating each project after completion, and recommending and implementation process changes.Required Skills


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.5+ years business/project management experience; experience managing cross-functional projects with a business focus. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio is required.PMP certification is preferred.Problem solving/issues resolution.Concise written and verbal communication within a project team and/or senior management.Attention to detail.Technical writing/process flows.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Ability to motivate teams.Ability to grasp and interpret new business processes/concepts quickly, and translate them into tangible deliverables.Self-motivated, focused on deliverables and project success.
