Executive search and consulting firm located in the San Francisco Bay Area is currently seeking a recruiter who has had exposure to the financial service industries.  Our organization and its affiliates have been providing nationwide retained and executive search and consulting services to consumer oriented financial institutions for over 25 years.  We are recognized as a national player in a niche market and offer an outstanding opportunity with long term stability to individuals seeking a new challenge.

 

As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for a full cycle process to include new business development, account management, targeted sourcing, client consultation, and compensation and relocation package negotiation.  This position will focus on placing candidates at the middle to senior management level for our client’s nation wide. We offer an extensive database of leading industry professionals and a reputation of being one of the leading executive search firms serving our marketplace.

 

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience focused on financial services or in house recruiting experience with either a bank, credit union or other financial institution.  Exceptional communication and account management skills will be required.  Our firm places a tremendous emphasis on client satisfaction and the ability to build long term business relationships.
