WE NEED YOUR EXPERTISE!The Senior Shareholder Account Representative is responsible for providing service to our shareholders and financial planners throughout the country. Primary responsibility is assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving. Additional responsibilities include processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests. May involve assisting other associates and/or leading initiatives. We offer traditional, Monday through Friday business hours.
