Job Description & Requirements

Our Northern New Jersey office, based out of Parsippany, is seeking Staffing Industry Professionals? Please apply IF: 1)You are a sales driver and want a great deal of interaction with clients, 2)You like working both sides of the desk – sales and service, OR 3)You like to recruit – you want to spend most of your time on the candidate side of the desk.

 

Responsibilities can include some or all of the duties listed below…


Duties:Seek out new business opportunities within our client by calling on active and inactive contacts on a weekly basis.Conduct sales meetings per week with managers and contacts in order to further understand and develop accountEnsure customer service delivery.Manage and respond to all customer inquiries.Find creative ways to sell associates and Advantage services.Keep abreast of challenging customer service/associate situations and remain on top of potential issues/problems.Develop and Mentor StaffSettle employee relations issuesCommunicate needs of team with senior management

· solicit new candidate referrals from existing Associates, external recruiting sources and internet searches

· provide work assignments appropriate to motivations and goals of Associates with accurate details of expectations

· conduct weekly quality checks with Associates

· provide honest, responsible, and timely feedback to Associates about their assignments   and work opportunities

· deliver realistic appraisal of work performance based on client feedback and provide   coaching to Associates if necessary

· Recruit candidates to keep talent pipeline filled using full range of recruiting activities

· Increase associate retention through high level of service and associate retention programs

 

Requirements:Staffing Industry ExperienceExperience in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environmentExperience in customer service or sales environmentProven longevity in previous rolesExcellent communication skills
