Service Specialist, MAP Marketing

You will be responsible for answering incoming wires and phone calls, and coaching the Financial Advisors when new clients enter the program. Answer incoming wires and phone calls. Proactively coach FAs, especially on the first clients into the program. Revise and Update program content on JonesLink.
