Service Specialist - Unit Investment Trust

The Unit Investment Trust Department is seeking a team member for its Service Specialist position. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to our branch offices and to other home office departments, execute orders accurately and timely, and develop and maintain a variety of department reports and spreadsheets. Responsibilities Provide accurate technical, operational and procedural information through branch phone calls and wires Accurate and timely order execution Solve general trade problems Identify and recommend procedural improvements Participate on projects related to automation and simplifying departmental work processes Cross train in all department positions to support each trading responsibility Support marketing activities at the firm, trading floor and department levels Develop and maintain a variety of department reports and spreadsheetsRequirements Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred Series 7 and 66 preferred.
