Servicing Support Analyst

SUMMARY:

This is an administrative/data entry position for a highly organized individual.  In addition to excellent organizational skills, this position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Visio.  This position also requires someone who is able to quickly learn system applications for accurate data entry.  This position also requires a very detail oriented, self motivated individual who possesses a built in sense of urgency.  This position has responsibility for scheduling, organizing and following up on project plans as well as updating scheduled reports and procedures.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Fast, accurate data entry to facilitate servicing functions until an automated process can be implemented.  Maintain agendas, logs, reports and schedules for ongoing projects.  Update drafts of processes, procedures and flowcharts for review and revision.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Excellent written and verbal language skills; Strong knowledge/understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Visio; Disciplined organization and time management skills; Accurate data entry skills; Familiarity with general business machines, such as  fax machine and copier. 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 3+ years administrative support and data entry experience.  2+ years working experience in at least 3 of the 5 following Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Access.  Will accept equivalent, complimentary software experience.  Windows Sharepoint Services knowledge is a plus.  Undergraduate degree in Business or Information Systems or associates degree from computer technical school preferred.

 

OTHER SKILLS:  Dependable individual willing to work as needed to accomplish department goals and objectives.  Quick learner; able to work at a fast pace; quick and accurate typing skills; 10-key by touch; detail oriented; able to multitask; strong problem solving and math skills; strongly motivated with a high level of initiative; team player.

WORK ENVIRONMENT*: Typical office environment and equipment. Fast paced team work and customer service.
