Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  L1-30010-507594 Location:  Northern, NJ 07936 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Alternative investment industry leader experience explosive growth of approximately 30% versus last year needs a hands on, high energy, dedicated Section Manager - Client Services to add to its growing organization.  In this role you will: Manage Multiple Account Teams; Oversee all day-to-day activities and review necessary calculations; Ensure operation functions within established budgets; Liaise frequently with Account Managers to ensure all fund issues are being addressed; Hold regular group meetings to encourage staff feedback on all issues; Ensure effective Staff Development Planning and New Fund Setup; Work with senior client representatives in planning upcoming events and resolving significant complex issues; Work with existing, new, and potential clients in setting up new accounts; Reporting and Problem-resolution; Responsible for all client, financial and tax reporting; Oversee coordination of year-end audit and work closely with tax manager to produce year-end tax information; Complete error reports where necessary; Ensure timely, effective issue resolution.   Qualified candidates need 5+ years’ industry experience, 3 of which must include staff management and Alternative Investment Service experience; BS preferably in Accounting or Finance; Strong Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of GAAP; C.A., C.P.A., C.M.A., or C.F.A. would be an asset; Previous experience managing a staff of 12 or more individuals.
