Please indicate on subject line of email the position you are applying for, the office location and include reference # -DKZ610.We are looking for an Shareholder Services/Fund Administration Associate Manager for Westchester (Harrison, NY) office.Responsibilities include:Managing domestic and international client relationships Interacting with hedge fund principals and their investors Reviewing, understanding and having the ability to discuss governing documents of the client (hedge fund) Collecting and reviewing due diligence documents for the new fund investors Processing and reporting of investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers and the associated money movement Communicating with internal groups such as accounting, operations, legal and account control with respect to transaction processing, billing, etc. Reviewing the share register database to ensure that all activity is completed on an accurate and timely basis and that all outstanding items are reconciled Coordinating with share registry group to build share registries, client fund parameters and proper statement production Responding to investor and audit related inquiries Performing Anti-Money Laundering checks pursuant to US and Cayman regulations Providing periodic reports and feedback to senior management on a multitude of investor relations topics, client issues and department initiatives Skills and Knowledge Desired: Experience in investor relations or related field (finance, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis) Strong familiarity with the workings of the capital markets and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executives Strong planning and organizational skills Financial analysis skills Presentation skills, excellent verbal and written skills Basic knowledge of accounting, finance and investment concepts Proven communication ability; sharp problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to work successfully in ambiguous environments Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to interact with top management and must be able to work with all levels within the organization in order to secure desired information Strong multi-tasking skills Must be patient to work with investors to answer similar questions repeatedly, possess the self confidence, the integrity to understand and enforce the limits of disclosure Must be flexible, possessing the ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios All applicants MUST be US citizens or lawful permanent residents or have some other authorization that does not require employer-specific sponsorship.No recruiter calls.
