Operationally, we are avid technology users and are seeking to hire a developer who will help us enable our vision.  While we may travel often, we expect the top candidates will be former Sharepoint consultants who have tired of traveling and are seeking to find a stable job with a short commute.

Position Overview:

We are seeking to implement Microsoft Sharepoint for our client and internal collaboration.  All of our work, both marketing and execution, is project driven and involves work groups inside and outside the company.  SharePoint will be the collaboration tool for our efforts.  We seek a developer to help us implement this tool.  The server will be outsourced, most likely to usa.net.  We view information, work flow, and processes as a differentiating competency, so the Healthios SharePoint developer will be at the core of our company’s value creation.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

1. Develop a repeatable client/target site model, creating governance guidelines to manage and regulate deployment and growth, creating a common development framework and customizing and deploying sites within the governance and development framework, as needed.

2. Develop a corporate portal with areas for policies, training, management reporting, and access to company policies

3. Manage integration links with key data providers (www.capitaliq.com)

4. Set centralized template policies and procedures for all collateral

5. Manage IT vendors, including VOIP (Covad), Exchange Server (www.usa.net), Sharepoint Server (www.usa.net), videoconferencing, 24/7 answering service (in process), desktop management and procurement (ww.CDW.com)

6. Design desktop and communication configuration to provide standard interfaces to fully utilize collaboration and communication technologies

7. Lead training of technology (mostly super users)

Position Requirements:

· At least five years development experience of ASP and .NET applications as an IT consultant

· A minimum of 3+ years of SharePoint technical lead and architecture experience on enterprise initiatives

· Extensive implementation experience in all functionality of Sharepoint, including Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and Business Intelligence.

· Must possess advanced knowledge of business workflows and have an in depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer and all levels within the organization. Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required.  Must be motivated with a focus on team performance.

· Ability to work independently

· Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Business/Computer Science or related field (preferred). 

Highly Preferred:

· Implementation experience in a professional services, project driven environment

· Experience with Microsoft Forefront Security for SharePoint and application security centered around the SharePoint document library is highly preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services is highly preferred, as is experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, Role-Based Templates, and the Community Kit for SharePoint).
