Analyzes and assesses Tier II and III QC customer support issues. QC application support can include (but not be limited to) the following tasks: Data Population Requests Adding new users Removing users User Role Additions Password Resets Dropdown List Additions Report Generation SQL Stored Procedure creation and troubleshooting Creating/Modifying QC Domains and Projects QC Vendor Management Escalation of issues to vendor Communicates status, issues and risks on a timely basis Records and tracks issues and their resolutions in the TIMS Maintain and Support all QC Reporting and Metrics requirements Manages offshore Tier I and Tier II support personnel Develop reporting applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and .NET technologies Familiarity with Mercury / HP products, specifically TestDirector and Quality Center Familiarity with the four TestDirector user modules and the Site Administration screens Strong problem-solving skills Sufficient QA experience to assure familiarity with typical user issues Excellent oral / written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service Must be assertive, energetic, self-motivated, results oriented, and team focused Self-starter capable of working with minimal guidance Familiarity with disaster recovery processes Ability to create/modify reports and graphs from the Test Director Analysis function SQL Server 2000 and 2005, SQL Reporting Services experience is a must, including the development and debugging of SQL stored procedures Windows operating systems, MS Office products, ODBC MS.NET, ASP.NET, C# VB ScriptingAdditional Skills: Experience in a customer service role Experience writing / debugging VBScript code, SQL Stored Procedures, MS Access, IIS Administration Besides administration-level TestDirector skills, experience as a TestDirector user (i.e., as a Tester) would be helpful Knowledge of Macromedia / Adobe Robohelp, a plusDesired Skills: MS Access Macromedia RoboHelp MS IIS AdministrationExperience/Education: 7+ years of Software Development Experience working on Windows environment including multiple large development projects Team Leadership experience A combination of experience and education that would demonstrate the capability to successfully perform the essential functions of this positionWashington Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
