Current architecture is J2EE, Struts, Websphere, running on AIX and SOLARIS with an Oracle DBMS. If you are looking for a fast paced results oriented development position and can work on multiple priorities at the same time, this could be the job for you.  Primary Responsibilities  Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a proprietary in-house developed Rules Engine and use this Rules Engine to develop mappings for the new information providers into application Participate in design and develop applications using UNIX tools and J2EE technologies Participate in walkthroughs with Business Analysts and end-users to define and scope out change requests Review and participate in the creation of Technical Design documents (SDS/TSD) Participating in SAT, SIT & UAT planning and test execution Support end-user and client specific queries/requests  Education and Experience: Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field  Skills and Knowledge: Experience: 2+ years software development with: Strong knowledge of UNIX and DB scripting (PERL, shells, SQL) is required Experience in Java, J2EE, XML transformations, C, C++ is a plus Familiarity with ISO/SWIFT messaging is desired Development experience in financial service applications is preferred Work in team environment and independently.
